If you would like to further reduce the calories in each dish, you can just simply dilute the soy milk by using water for half of the soy milk or less or more, depending on how much you would like to dilute it to. If you find the smell of soy milk rather unpleasant, you can easily replace it with Oat milk. However, the calorie counts will slightly change accordingly.

Healthy and low fat food simply equal less flavour, right? Wrong! At least according to Ob-oom Chutrakul, executive consultant chef at S Cuisine, a new restaurant which is part of the award-winning S Medical Spa complex.
