1992 Opened the Tasty Thai Cafe? Wimbledon, London

1995 Selected as one of the key members of the Working Group, set up by the Royal Thai Embassy, London to promote Thailand and its culture to the Western World by using Thai food as the main link
1996 was voted President of the Thai Restaurant Association (UK), founded by Mr. Vidha Rayananonda, the former Ambassador to Thailand, under the umbrella of the Royal Thai Embassy, London
1997 A key organizer for Amazing Thailand Festival, the biggest Thai Festival in the UK
August 2003 Was a presenter of ‘Essential Thai Ingredients’ produced by Prospect Pictures and broadcasted on ‘Good Food Live’ SKY channel and from then on she appeared as a guest chef on many cooking programs on Sky channels.
September 2003 Received a ‘Q-Mark Award, Thai Taste,. Thai Best’ Thai Government Award, presented by Dr. Somkit Jatusripitak, the deputy PM at the time
2004 Was approached by Cassell Illustrated, a division of Octopus Publishing Group Limited, UK to write 100 favourite Thai dishes and her book ‘Mini C’s Great Thai Dishes’, from the Busabong was lunched in
March 2005 The license extended to the US and Canada and sold worldwide
July 2004: was approached by G. Costa, a well-known British based food company to be ‘The Face of Thailand’, promoting their Thai range, Blue Dragon.
April 2005 Mini C opened a production company, Mini C Productions Co, Ltd., producing ‘Global Thailand’ program which includes many aspects of Thailand, Thai cooking demonstration, and Thai people’s activities around the globe and broadcasted through TGN (Thai Global Network), Channel 5, Thailand with audiences in 170 countries from 6 continents and over 6 billion people can access TGN worldwide. http://photomatic.multiply.com/photos/album/6/Blue_Dragon_by_Mini_C
August 2005 Mini C was hand picked by Tesco endorsed by the Royal Thai Embassy, London together with Thai Airways (UK) to help promote the launch of ‘Thai Promotion Week’ at all major Tesco throughout the UK
2005 Was approached by Kyle Cathie publishing company to write her second book ‘Healthy Dairy-Free Eating’, and the book was launched in October 2005 and has been available worldwide.
June 2006 For the second time she received the Thai Taste, Thai Best and Thai Select award from the Thai government, endorsing the quality and authenticity of her cooking at the Busabong.
March 2007 As hand picked by a large British based food company, Sherwoods brand to help endorse and launch the Sherwood’s Thai range products before they are distributed to all major supermarkets such as Waitrose, Sainsbury, Tesco and Asdain June 2007
October 2007: Returned to Thailand and began to work for S Medical Spa since 1st November, starting the S Cuisine project
